Description  Duncan painted our 300 square meters (walls and Roof) house before we moved in.

Feedback  The quality of the work was exceptional. They really did the effort to ensure that the right paints were used for the right applications and to give the best finish. They also made sure to not damage or mess paint on any existing fixtures and furniture which is great. I would highly recommend them and spending just that tiny bit more makes all the difference. The finished product speaks for itself.

Waterproofer

Description  We had serious rising damp in our flatlet and Duncan assisted us all the way by explaining why they need to follow procedures and not to rush the job in order to get the best outcome - unfortunately we had lots of rain that delayed the drying process which was out of Duncan's control , but he answered and explained all my questions, all the way

Feedback  Duncan's staff knew what they were doing, they were friendly, every day they cleaned up the area, had patience with me when asking questions about the slurry mixtures etc - will highly recommend Duncan, his father and their team

Handyman

Description  He renovated the entire garden cottage.

Feedback  The entire garden cottage was renovated. The roof was fixed. The walls repainted. 3 ceiling lights were fitted. 3 doors were installed.

Renovator

Description  Duncan waterproofed the external walls, fixed cracks, prepared the walls for painting and repainted the entire house.

Feedback  Duncan and his team are perfectionist. Duncan's ability to size the work, cost estimate and meet hisntimelines are exceptional. His team works very clean and are a trust worthy bunch.

Handyman

Description  He installed a bracket on the gate that is used for security to prevent the gate from being lifted up.

Feedback  He gave a better service compared to the first tradesman I dealt with. He had overcharged me on the first quote however the quote was based on the picture I had sent him. After he came through to assess the scope of the job then he was open to negotiating and drop the pricing. I am happy with the workmanship.

Description  He did waterproofing for me

Feedback  I would not be at home when he is working but arrived early before I went to work. I cant really rate his pricing as I did not get any other quotes as he was refereed by someone and he lived up to expectation. I must say though the his level of cleanliness is outstanding, I got home and I would not even tell that we had contractors in the house. He is professional, reliable, responsive, punctual. He is a great person to have him work in your home and I have never had any complaints.

Description  He has done many jobs for me such as plastering, drywalling, tiling and painting etc

Feedback  Nobody ever says this about builders and handyman but I can comfortably say it about this guy.He is superb,there is nothing he cannot do. I have subcontracted work to him for the past 8 years and in all the jobs I have assigned to him he will always be on site on time to supervise his team, He has work on big complexes, my home, my friends homes and we have never had any complaints about him. He is the most trustworthy person I have ever come across and very clean which is unlikely with builders. I highly recommend him and have recommended him to a lot of people.

Description  He did alterations such as blocking up of windows, plastering, damp proofing, replaced the geyser and installed a new ceiling.

Feedback  This was one very big job and it took him 3 weeks to complete it. He was always on time and communicated well about any issues he may have encountered as he was working. I like that he would suggest things that I wouldn't have thought of and still allowed me the freedom to make my own decision on weather to follow his suggestions through or not. I felt for the good quality of work he rendered he priced me fairly.

Description  He fixed roofing for 26 units in our complex

Feedback  We had a lot of complaints from our tenants with the leakages from the roof and we contracted DMT Painting & maintenance to come and assist. Since then even with the stormy weather we've had, I have received not one complaint at all. They manage their team well, they are professional, responsive and punctual. They completed the job at the time that we had agreed on. The service I received from them is immaculate and I always praise their work.

Description  He did waterproofing, paving around the area that was affected and roofing

Feedback  He was amazing. Firstly I received different quote each with a particular job from other contractors, but with Trevor he gave me an all inclusive quote for the waterproofing,paving and roofing and I had that one amount to work with and I knew I would not have many different people in my house. His quote was not the cheapest however it was the most professional and I paid for great value work. Trevor and his team are a trustworthy bunch and I was comfortable with leaving them in my house without any supervision and I can tell you I did not have anything stolen. He often communicated with me on new faults that he found before working on it so that I would know what was happening. He is a great guy and I recommend him to anyone.
