Chris Renke

Description  Chris has renovated a flat that I own and he recently renovated the bathroom in my house. He built a gate from scratch and broke a wall and fitted the gate in the wall. He has also reserviced the skylight in my house.

Feedback  He has a small team. If your not happy with something he'll make sure that your happy with it. He is always on site with his team and supervises them. I prefer working with him instead of the big companies. He is hands on and if you have a problem he is available to talk to. His work is SUPERB!

Description  Chris and I work together and we share the work at times if it is a lot. He does whichever maintenance you need, be it shop maintenance or factory maintenance. His scope of work is large.

Feedback  Everything is good, we haven't had any problems with him so far. His diligence is good and everything is done on time and he sticks to the schedule.

Description  He has done a few renovations and installations for our company and our garages.

Feedback  The quality of was excellent I have no problem with him. He is very very good and I use him regularly.

Description  He did our entire office renovation that is located around Clearwater mall.

Feedback  Chris is very professional and neat. He cleans up after himself. His attention to detail is very good.

Description  Chris has done some maintenance for us on a few of our premises. He installed a treli-door for us and changed locks. He fixed and installed doors for us. He did some painting and he has also done some wood work. He built and painted some of our shop renovations.

Feedback  His workmanship is good. If your not happy with anything he is more than happy to come back and fix it until you are happy. He follows up and double checks if you are happy with the quote that he has given you. If you have any queries on that he is happy to revise the quote. He is very reliable.
