Feedback  I hired Duncan for transport services and he moved my furniture the time l relocated to a new town. He was quick to respond to my request and he was professional during the service. He is a responsible guy because my furniture was handled with care, they were no damages or any loss. He came through word of mouth and l can gladly recommend his services without any hesitation. His service charges were within the market range and l was impressed with his overall service.

Description  He requestee a deposit of R550 and insisted on payment. Told usbto pay "his" men R1100 cash on day. Appointment was arrange for 8:00. And confirmed. On day no one arrived and tried to get hold of Duncun. After a while he answered with excuses truck broke etc . After a while men arruve with trailor and insistednon R1400. Duncun is now unreachable and by further investigation, we were told by these guys he only confirmed the morning with them ans their truck never broke down. It seems Duncun is a real scammer subcontracting and telling stories. He shoukd be removed.

Description  He was supposed to move my stuff but took my money and ran away. Now he is unreachable. He stole my money please don't use these people.

Feedback  Duncan contacted after using this website. quoted R1650 for the move and we confirmed a date etc. He kept on insisting on R550 deposit to an account and remainder R1100,00 cash to "his men" on the day. Appointment was made for 8:00. No show and when phoning: on voicemail. Only via Whataspp call etc. He eventually phoned back with excuses truck broke down on N14 and a new truck on its way. Well, someone eventually showed up around 10:30 and then these men insisted on R1400 before they load anything. We tried again contacting Duncan and now answer or any response on Whatsapp. He still do not answer or respond. The men who showed up, informed us Duncan called them pretending to be the client for the move. Clearly misinterpretation. I also reported to Kandua staff.
