He is professional, hardworking, and delivers quality work. His workmanship is good, he does the work promptly, and delivers within the agreed timelines. He communicates throughout the project, charges reasonable prices, and there were no comebacks. He is trustworthy, nothing has ever gotten damaged or missing, and he cleans up afterward.
