Description  Started building my house from scratch until the whole first floor was finished and also oversee the reinforcement in preparation(using engineers specification) and when the ready-mix was applied up until it dries up. He is currently busy designing the butterfly roof to finish up the first floor.

Feedback  he knows his job, if there's something he is not sure of, he does say so and promises to look into that and he does come back with feedback. He does what needs to be done according to by-laws, otherwise, if there's any encroachment to be done, he does advise that municipality will have to be engaged since there will be an amount to be paid.
