Description  He broke old tiles of 26 sq m area and installed new tiles

Feedback  I was there the whole time to guide him in how things needed to be done .On the second day he brought in two young boys who were not able to work properly and there was no presence of Edward on that day .This lead to some undue stress and damage to a freshly installed tile and sofa legs ..His workmanship is extremely good but he needs to plan on the days he is on a job somewhere to be available to supervise other workers he brings in .
