Description  Completely built a new house for me

Feedback  Elco and his team built my house from the foundation, he did all the plastering and also did the roof. He also built a beautiful cottage in the backyard for me. He is a very friendly guy and does a wonderful job. He was always on time and the house and cottage are still standing now 10 years later and very strong.

Description  Extensive renovations and extensions on a 98sqm plot which now stands at 780sqm

Feedback  I owned a 98sqm plot with the plan to develop it, I hired Elco and his team and they did extensive renovations. He handled the whole project and it is now a 780sqm development. He did all the wet work, from the foundation to the fully completed construction. He collaborated well with the plumbers and electricians. I have great experience in the building industry and one thing I know is that you have to plan for break-ins and material going missing but Elco secured everything and I had zero problems during constructions and after the job was done. He stuck to his timetable quite well and always explained any delays in the construction process. I was also living at the area during the time of construction and had no problems, he respected my space and stuck to the job at hand. He was great to work with.

Feedback  Elco has subcontracted many times for Trafalgar (Property Management company). We trust him a lot and haven't had any problems with his work. We are very strict with our subcontractors as they represent the company. Elco has done multiple apartment renovations, he does general maintenance and tiling. He has been a top person for us and clients are always pleased with how quick he quotes them for a job and his tidiness and workmanship on site.

Feedback  Elco has built many personal projects for me, many friends and family and private jobs. He is an experienced builder who knows what he's doing. I've seen him lay down slabs with ease and knows the correct ways to do the job. He's always happy and diligent. He has built domestic houses and 3 double story homes, you can see by the way he works that he knows what he's doing.
