Feedback  He upgraded my security system. After an attempted robbery I wanted to install CCTV cameras. Elison came to my house and consulted that I did not require cameras from the onset but rather outdoor beams as a means of early detection as appose to cameras that will still have a vulnerability. Great advise and clean job. He does not need to managed at all, he set up everything unsupervised and thereafter trained me on how to operate the system.

Description  He lifted my gate. Had to grind off 4 hinges and reattach them.

Feedback  Seemed to be working without a set plan. Had to grind off the same hinges multiple times and reweld them because firstly the gate wouldnt close. Then trimmed the inside of gate. Then decided to change again. Then redid the gate he fixed the first time. At the end the gates are now left with a 2cm gap between and maglock not fitting as before. Did paintwork with spraycan but didnt cover the brickwork with newspaper so now left with black paint on the brickwork.

Description  Elison was called out to investigate why my CCTV monitor was not displaying a picture on screen, but had the message 'No signal' on it.
