Later into the project he got distracted with other projects and the workmanship decline and we had to get someone else. Over all he is good at what he does but you need to be on him the whole time otherwise major delays and decline of workmanship will make itself shown

Description  Turnkey Project management of an apartment renovation.

Feedback  The finished apartment looks great. As expected there are things that could have been done better and with more care and thought. All the workers on site were freelance contractors. There was no promised full time skilled project manager to make decisions and quality control work been done. As a result the project was very stressful for us. If we didn't push from our side and take responsibility for many things, it would not have been done on time. On moving day there was still building, painting, electrical work being done, despite us saying from the beginning what was our deadline was. As for their fee structure I would have preferred a fixed project management fee instead of a mark up on labour and materials. African Tree's strongest and most impressive contribution was the wetworks at the beginning and Zeenat's technical knowledge and experience as an engineer. I would highly recommend Zeenat for engineering and design work.
