Description  He diagnosed my issues with the battery that was always flat and which another service provider said there was a parasite but we could not find. He changed the battery and the cars stated. he then checked my BMW 320i right rear window mechanism. He checked and found it broken took it and went but it for me and fixed it.

Feedback  He went out of his way to go and get me the mechanism and the time he spent on the job to ensure all is in perfect working order. I still need him to come and do some job on my BMA

Feedback  Ephraim is not experienced enough as a mechanic, l could tell that the guy is not knowledgeable because he came several times for the same problem. I drive a Volvo and I think it takes someone qualified to service it, l was having problems with the filters and l hired him, l ended up using someone else because he was going to cause more damage to my vehicle.
