Feedback  I paid R3300 deposit in Feb 2020 for a quote for cupboards to be made and installed. There were delays and then lockdown which I understood. Then from Aug Erasmus said that the boards that he had bought and stored had water damage and he’ll see what he can do. He unfortunately was not even able to just give us the damaged boards and fittings. We followed up each week and eventually he said he will rather refund us the deposit. I even offered an option for him to rather work in the R3300 as labour but he promised to refund from 6 Dec he said he’ll refund me the amount in R500 payments a month from the end of December and since then I have not been able to get hold of him at all. I am quite disappointed since previously i had given him a lot of work and really trusted him. Even allowing him a full year to come up with a solution that will work for both of us I really hoped he’d at least have the decency to contact me and let me know what happened.

Feedback  Erasmus kept me informwed when not being on time. At end of day workplace tidy and neat. No spillage of sealent. Needs to think thru what has to be done a little better and pay more attention to finer detail so that there is consistency with finished product.. Overall project was a sucess and owners satisfied with end result.

Feedback  Erasmus was not going to arrive on time but let me know well in advance of this challenge that he was faced with. When he arrived he got stuck in moving from one task to the other with great precision. He showed tenacity of purpose, was well knowledgeable and made many suggestions that turned out to be the right call to make. We may very well have found our handyman.

Description  Erasmus and his team fixed a large double patio door, painted my entire cottage, fixed several other wooden doors, painted the wooden window frames. Fixed my electronic gate and relayed some of the brick paving.

Feedback  He did not need to be managed and was very proactive even taking video content making recommendations of how best to fix the problems I had. Doing this saved time and used lots of initiative. He is a very friendly character and I would welcome Erasmus back in my home next time I need a job done.
