Description  He identified the source of the water problem and put in a temporary fix so that the problem didn’t deteriorate.

Feedback  I contacted him while I was at work and discussed the details with him on the phone I was very anxious because I had water in my ceiling and it was raining. I needed to find the source of the problem and put in a temporary fix Fanuel’ was very obliging and helpful and has managed to temporarily stop the water through the ceiling. The source of the problem was bad workmanship from previous work done.

Description  He removed floor tacks and old skirting. He placed in new skirting, vanished the wood and also fixed a jole the hallway ceiling.

Feedback  He is friendly, very trustworthy and takes the time to clean up afterwards. He was punctual for our appointment (even came early) and can be left to work independently.

Description  The first job was to remove the carpet and tile the floor of the bedroom in the flat. And the second job was to demolish 3,outside brick pillars 2m high and remove the concrete foundations of them. Also to demolish 2 outside brick slabs and the remainder of an existing braai and then to pave these areas.

Description  Fanuel has renovated 5 bathrooms in my house & his work is impeccable. His Tiling is neat & precise. He also does woodworking & building. His crew are honest reliable and always cleans up before leaving a job. I will personally highly recommend him.

Description  He ripped our lounge carpet out and replaced the carpet with tiles. He also painted two accent walls in our home.

Feedback  He did a great job and even helped with a pattern design for the tiling. We ran out of tile adhesive so he offered to buy more from Builders and add it to my bill which was super convenient!

Feedback  Shorty did require a little supervision, but he was very pleasant when errors (i.e. shower door put on back to front and upside down) were pointed out to him and he rectified this immediately.

Feedback  I have no problems with Fanuel's workmanship. I hoped he would have been more hands-on by organising all the materials, which I was happy to pay for. Instead, I had to source every little bit of material needed for the job myself, which I really did not have time for.
