Feedback  DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER We agreed that half of the cottage roof be completely water proofed because the roof was not in great condition. We also agreed that rubberised Bituminous waterproofing. He showed me the van at quotation and we agreed to the arrangement accordingly. The first day after the job was done, I had my doubts about the job and I said so to the scammer. He SME with two other guys, they came with left over cans of substandard waterproofing which we did not agree to. They had used the super laykold which would have been fine but they only had enough for a quarter of the job. Secondly they used the primac rubber liquid which again as less than a quarter used on the roof the bulk of what they used was the Flash Harry Acrylic and membrane something we did NOT agree to. As the God would have it, it rained heavily the next day. This exposed the scammer for what he is. The roof predictably leaked. I called him and he said he would come the Tuesday after labour day. I Informed him that he had not done as I had requested, and again told him I was very unhappy with the patch up job which we had not agreed to. I reiterated that we agreed on a full water proofing job. He started to argue and say they had done the job. I repeated that I had paid R3500 for a full waterproofing of my roof as agreed not a patch job. He said he would come back the next day. He did not show, he I’d not return text messages. It is very unfortunate that a lot of scammers like this lie under the radar. They know they get away with scamming South Africans because they are undocumented and think they can get away with scamming people. He played the wrong customer this time.
