Description  Removed carpets to and varnish parquet underneath. Chipped up old floor tiles and vinyl from kitchen and bathroom.

Feedback  He didn’t need any supervision. I was only able to check in over lunch time and at the end of the day. Job was completed according to our discussion without any supervision needed. He was able to remove all floor tiles in another room and remove vinyl flooring from the bathroom. The whole job was completed in one day! Very impressed.

Description  He sanded, neatened, relayed some of the wood and vanished our whole floor, which is a lot. He also vanished some of our woodwork and painted our walls.

Description  Floyd removed carpets from my dinnibg and lounge are including the hall way. The oregan floors were sanded down and vanished. Including the skirtings. The estimation and execution of work was precise and he did not require and supervision. Clean & quick work.
