Feedback  Frank is excellent at what he does. He knows waterproofing very well. He managed to seal and waterproof a rather large patio properly and correctly. I have previously tried and failed to do it twice with other contractors who took all sorts of shortcuts! Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Description  Building, welding, painting and roofing

Feedback  Frank did two projects for us. The first project was a big one and he made sure that he does that with accuracy, he was very efficient but on the second project he was so reluctant because it was a small project so he gave that one less attention. There are some things that he did and we were not happy we called him back and he was responsive enough to come back and attend to our concerns, l was happy because few service providers do attend to call backs. Above all, Frank knows his job very well and l recommend him.

Feedback  I own properties around Gauteng and Frank is responsible for all the renovations when ever there is a need. I have been using him for the past 3 years. He is honest and punctual, he communicates when ever he is having delays. He is efficient and his work is amazing.

Description  Waterproofing

Feedback  I would rate him as excellent. He used to have 2 businesses, he used to do our garden and then he used to tell me he also did building jobs. I first used him for building when we had waterproofing problems, quite severe ones actually. We called in a bunch of companies and they couldn't seem to sort it out. He told us that he does it so we told him to go for it. Our neighbors got a big company in to solve their waterproofing problems because there was ground water coming up and they spent double what we paid and he charged very reasonably and accordingly. The other company ripped our neighbors off and they still haven't resolved the issue whilst we haven't had any problems since, he is fantastic, he is very reliable, and his staff is also great.

Description  Bathroom renovations, dry walling

Feedback  He has renovated bathrooms for us, he did some dry walling and also built a drain under the gate because it kept flooding and damaging the gate. I've always been happy with his work and could only say I wish there was a bit more attention to detail but in terms of value for money he is great.

Description  Multiple building jobs

Feedback  We have used him many times, he has done closing up of balconies, he's done garages and other building. He always leaves the place clean and tidy. He charges fairly and you can always negotiate a price with him.
