Feedback  They came around 5pm and they had a lot of missing component so we had to drive to Leeroy Merlin to get the missing components for the DB board. We could not get everything there and we had to go to another shop in Alex. Then went home and they started the work around 7pm. I did not expect them to come and do the installation after hours since I had taken some time off at work for them to come and install the generator. The came with a faulty change over switch and they were suppose to come to next day to finish the job and also change the faulty switch. But they came back after 2 weeks to do the job. Even though they took time to do the job I can say they do know what were doing so I can say their workmanship is good.

He is someone who is trustworthy, and he made sure that he left my place tidy upon completion of his work. His quotation was affordable. He is excellent when it comes to his job.

Feedback  Terrible service. He outsourced the job to some guy called Max. They totally messed the job up and broke my inverter. Do not use.

Feedback  Godwill did nothing, Max was told by Godwill to come do the job which I was calling for for 4 straight days just to get a response on it by Kandua, utterly unprofessional and thinking I am an idiot telling me call out and service is up to 1500 per hour when it is easy to establish rates for electricians, he even wanted me to buy my own Material and leave my house after I paid the call out to Leroy Merlin.....then when I could not he wanted to rob me more by over charging me for the material he told me to buy out my own pocket, told him seeing as I have to pay for it myself I need to see the Slip before payment, Slip showed R717 and Godwill criminally sent me a quote for R1260....shocking people you are working and associating your business with really, I will never ever ever buy from Leroy again and I have already stated this on social media. Overall this whole deal was very badly handled and you should be ashamed to call yourself a factory supplier, Builders Warehouse has better Customer Service in one Branch then Leroy has in its combined Franchise.

I have used him for eight months and l have nothing to complain about, he does the wiring, installation of plugs and lights and l have not received any negative comments on his work. I rely on him a lot and he does not require any supervision to deliver.
