Feedback  I have seen a great change regarding my body fitness since l started using his services. He recommends a healthy diet and l used to be in and out of hospitals before l met him. Irvine is my trainer, he assists with some gym lessons and l have used his services for the past three years. He comes highly recommended here, and he is a professional guy who brings productivity.
