Feedback  I used Joe's services before and he never completed the job. He was supposed to complete the job in just a few days however it took him weeks he came up with alot of excuses and stories about transport issues. I gave him the transport money and paid him the full amount of his quote the materials were there but he failed to deliver and that was the end of it. Joe was not proffessional I really thought he was a man of his word trustworthy and reliable only to find out that he's really not my experience with him was not memorable.

Feedback  He came to do some tiling work on a twenty square meters area. He had to come back three times to finish working on the area. The first time, we had agreed that he would arrive at 7:30 am and he arrived at 12:00 and he came with a book of excuses saying that he had a flat tyre and other excuses. He started the work and he ran out of the grout, he had to come back again and when he had left, I realized that there was a loose tile and he had to come back the third time and replace the tile. He was not really organized. However, he did clean up after his work. The price that he charged me was in the anticipated range. In the end, he tried to make up for the mistake that he had done initially. He can do better if he keeps time.

Feedback  The first time I worked with Joe was very professional and efficient, my two bedrooms looked great. After working with him on my bedroom floors I decided to hire him to change the floors in my entire apartment a year later. I must say I was/ still am disappointed in the quality of my floors. After sending pictures of my peeled floors after the second attempt , Joe committed to fixing my floors however they are still not fixed. It has been a back and forth conversation of two months where I have to proactively contact him, the one time when I did call him he got very impatient with me and complained about transport. The quality of the material is not good at all and my wooden floors are still peeling. Joe has however, committed to fixing my floor and changing the supplier of the wooden floors, I am still waiting and hope that this issue can be resolved urgently.
