Description  John chopped down a tree for me.

Feedback  I hired John to cut a tree for me but the job was not really completed, to be specific it was 98% completed. he did chop down the tree but the stem was left and he came and poisoned it then told me to wait for it to die but it never did and that caused the tree to continue growing. But apart from that, his work is very good.

On the day a neighbour got involved and there was a bit more work to be done than anticipated. We amicably negotiated a new price. The shrubs and small trees along the fence were neatly trimmed back rather than hacked. We definetly will be using John's treefelling services in the future again.
