Feedback  He came and replaced the element on the geyser and then left. It didn't resolve the issue and I called him to let him know. He promised he would return the following day to solve the issue but he didn't arrive and wouldn't respond to my attempts at communication.

Description  He was supposed to fix/replace the toilet rubber seal.He took the worn rubber seal and never returned/replaced it.

Feedback  Not great service.Arrived late.Was supposed to complete job but left it hanging without calling back.
