Description  Installed garage motors for 2 rollup garage doors

Feedback  I had garage motors installed for both my rollup garage doors. After they were done both doors were skew when rolled up. I pointed this out to the installers, the guy just said this a common effect with this kind of garage door. I was not very happy with the poor result and pointed that out several times. I had to pay another company to come and rectify the 1st teams terrible job. I contacted this installer and said I feel I deserved a discount on their bad installation and incorrect parts they used. I offered to return the incorrect parts to them, and to this day I am still waiting. I would not recommend these guys. If there is a comeback then good luck they will just ignore you. They charged me R650 to tension both doors but it doesnt seem like they did anything of the sort as the doors feel the same when lifting manually. Stay away!

I hired Jp for the service and he replaced them, he came with the right tools for the job and l received excellent service in a short space of time. He did the work in Nelspruit and they are no comebacks therefore, l was satisfied with the outcome.
