Description  Boundary fencing fixed keeping dogs in the yard. Leaking toilet: valve replaced and cistern system cleaned and fixed. Gutters and downpipes installed. PVC roofing sheet replaced Cleaning of gutters including trimming of trees. Shower resealed. Damp in wall removed. (Waiting to see if problem is solved.)

Feedback  Got the list of jobs. Brought in relevant people with specific expertise. Managed all jobs to completion in minimal time, affordable with minimal disturbance. variety of small jobs was not an issue. Also open to monitoring and assessing over time, to ensure that all repairs have worked.

Description  Karabo built an outside brick wall fence
