Feedback  He informed me about what the job entailed,what results to expect within what time frame and the guarantee before he commenced. He placed rat bait stations around the yard and in the kitchen and serviced the roof. I'm rating him 4/5 because I'm yet to see rat infestation eliminated in the coming days.
