He came to my place and fixed the leaks on the kitchen sink and l was impressed with the outcome. The quoatation was a bit higher but l can rate his overall service as outstanding because he was punctual and l did not encounter the same problem after the job was done.

Description  The plumber named lehman repaired a leak in a toilet. He was fine to work with. 10 days later the leak reappeared and he refused to return to the house to repair as I had asked him to repair it free of charge. I resolved the problem using a third party and then lehman apologised.

Feedback  I think that lehman has understood the value of professional conduct and will not repeat his mistake.

Description  The workman called himself lehmann and he repaired a leak behind the toilet, but 9 days later the leak returned and he refused to come back and assist us declaring his work was not at fault. He also got angry and threatening.

Feedback  I expect a workman to return to try and remedy the leak at his own cost if it it the same leak or prove to me it is a differnt source if this is the case. But refusing even to look at the problem again is very unprofessional. Getting aggressive and threatening is the kind of service I am trying to avoid. I will not use this plumber or site again. Its too risky.
