Feedback  The service we received from CIA was really good. We were very nervous about choosing a builder as you always hear stories of builders that walk away with your money or they mess the job up. We were pleasantly surprised with Kobus and his team. They were very professional and Kobus was always available to take my call on things that were not sure about and also to give advice on other things that were not part of the job we hired him for. They did exactly what we asked and everything is as we pictured it. Again thank you for your assistance and helping us with this process.

Description  Built-in stack doors.

Feedback  I hunted high and low to find a reliable builder, that emphasis on quality and honourability. From the first moment that Kobus came out to quote on the stack doors, l needed to be built in, l had a good feeling about his integrity. I accepted his quote and after job completion ( on which l set very tight deadlines) they stuck to their deadlines and completed the job perfectly. The first day he started on the building was a rainy day, but he stuck to his promise and worked in the rain. I'm very happy with the result and with his service and l intend using him for all my building and renovation requirements.

Description  He gutted a 150 sqm apartment and redesigned and refitted absolutely everything including doors, moving doors, breaking out windows and replacing with bigger windows and sliding doors extracting interior geysers and placing them outside. Replaced floorboards, retiled everywhere, the list is endless and grew as we proceeded.

Feedback  I was referred to Kobus because I was looking for the impossible. I returned from the USA in December and needed a builder/renovator to start in early January. Everyone was already booked for Q1 Kobus was fully booked to Q2. I told him I needed a miracle as I had just sold my house and the new owners needed immediate occupation. Kobus agreed to come and see me the next day. Despite being fully committed to other projects he undertook to revert by end of the day if he could make a plan. That evening he called and committed to the project. Nothing was too much trouble or too daunting, Kobus and his wife were always optimistic, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kobus was extremely reasonable and fair with his pricing, even when he had to redo many things purely because I changed my mind after completion. My wife believes I am the most difficult person to please that ever walked this earth. My friends and family have all commented on the high quality of work done by Kobus and his crew. I can recommend Kobus and his wife without hesitation especially given their sincerity and honesty. Kobus and his wife I am today proud to say I count under the most reliable people I know and a couple I am happy to call my close friends.
