Description  He replaced network access points and a network switch, which was damaged by lightning, then reconnected our wifi.

Feedback  Lee and his partner Danko responded very promptly and visited us the same day to provide a quote. They did the installation of the replacement equipment the next day, tested all the network points and when our wifi still did not want to work, they ascertained that it was a piece of equipment from our network service provider that was also faulty. Lee contacted them directly and spent a lot of time trying his utmost to reboot / reprogram the device in order to get our wifi up and running as soon as possible. (They even fixed a loose door handle cover out of their own accord while they were here.) Lee followed up with the network service provider the next day, the new device was delivered and he guided me on exactly what to do to connect it. He also checked remotely that everything was working fine. Thank you so much guys! It was absolutely stellar service.

Description  Lee installed a new UniFi AC LR and a new UniFi AC PRO in our double story home, connecting to our incoming fibre and existing router. The job entailed running a 5m CAT6 cable, attaching the two UniFi devices to the wall and tidying up loose wires etc extensively at the fibre entry point.
