Feedback  I needed the outside yard tiled and he did a good job in recommendations and delivering a great outcome. My shower sides were leaking and he managed to revamp and tiling the bottom part. Description  Lotti helped us fix up our house before we sold it. The job included painting and patching a wall, fixing some broken pavement, reattaching a bathroom cabinet to the wall, fixing the pop up waste of the hand basin; repairing a broken wooden facia and various other things. He was punctual, fast and professional and nice no hesitation in recommending him.

Feedback  I sought Loti out as he has done a number of previous jobs for me and I am always impressed with the work that he does. He is totally reliable and trustworthy and I am more than happy to let him work unsupervised. As usual, the work he did for me was very professional and he always goes the extra mile. Loti is actually an experienced builder, but is happy to do these handyman tasks as work is difficult to come by. I would certainly recommend Loti for bigger building projects which is where he has tremendous experience.

Description  Repaired damp wall and painted walls, paint parking bays, not completed. Rhinolite walls in bathroom not completed, toilets leaking after being reinstalled, touch ups not completed, electrical not completed, Rubble not removed, Loti has my keys and I have repeatedly ask him to return it.

Feedback  Loti has been unbearable to work with, he claims to give you a good price and at the end of every day he comes with sad stories on why he needs more money for the same job and why he needs money immediately, he was very threatening is his conversations to me, I am not happy as to how he treated me as a client

Handyman

Description  Loti did an array of work around my house. Some painting as well as general handyman work. I am extremely happy with his work. He knows what he is doing and is precise with what he does. I will definitely hire Loti again.

Description  Painted a three bedroom unit, including Rhinoliting and painting the ceilings, and painting the wooden window and door frames

Feedback  Loti is an experienced professional, who worked very quickly, but there were delays due to other contractors being on site. His work is good, however he needs to pay more attention to detail. He was very keen to assist with other jobs where I was experiencing problems due to incompetence by other contractors, and he managed to resolve issues I would not have able to do myself. Always very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about many aspects of building. I would definitely recommend Loti, as he is always willing to assist and nothing is too much trouble.

He replastered the walls, painted the interior and exterior walls, the roof as well as the windows. He worked tirelessly and completed all his work as expected. I found him to be very honest, reliable and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything was done according to my specifications and nothing was of too much trouble. The pricing was quite good as well, I bought the material and he only charged me for labour. Would definitely recommend him without any hesitation.
