Feedback  We are a workshop, we dealing with cars and we have two offices. Loyd's company did tiling and ceilings for us. They did complete the job for us in about a week reason being we were busy in the premises aswell. Dealing with them, was great because what they promised they delivered accordingly and they removed all the rubble that was there they left the place tidy. He came to us and proposed what he was to do and gave us all the details and we were happy. He delivered as promised. ,

Cost  R75.00 per square meter for tiling.

Feedback  There was a room that l was extending in my house, Loyd assisted me with carrying out the work. My wife and l were happy with the work they did for us. Before meeting Loyd there were some guys who had promised that they will assist us but they kept on postponing till we called Loyd in to help us. He first charged us R85.00 per square meter for tiling but we negotiated till the price came down to R 75.00 per square meter. He communicated with me effectively, even when he was having delays he made it a point that he communicates with me, we do not have any complains with the work they did for us. He also did some rubble removal for us.

Description  House renovation: wall building,Paving, repair damaged wall

Feedback  I had an uncompleted house and Loyd assisted me to do the renovations and do the completion. Sometimes l would go out of resources but whenever l had them, Loyd will complete the job efficiently and his prices are reasonable. I found him to be a professional service provider hence l am working on calling him to construct a fowl-run for me at the farm.

Description  House Renovations: painting, cracks and partitioning.

Feedback  Loyd assisted me with some renovations in my house. He did two projects, my walls had some cracks and they also did some partitioning work for me. Most of the time l was away and Loyd kept me updated with all the proceedings. He is very professional and l am in business as well l communicate with clients and service providers, l know very well to differentiate a good service provider from chance takers. I highly recommend Loyd based on what he did for me.

Feedback  Loyd and his team assisted us with some renovations in our offices. It was not much of work but they did a very good job for us. They are a small upcoming company but they are great. I have worked with big companies which l expected much from but they did not deliver as per their promise, Loyd and his team proved that they know their story, hence l believe in them and l believe that anybody can use them.
