Description  Muzi quoted to install sliding doors, folding doors and windows. I paid him for the sliding doors and he installed. The installation was not great but acceptable. He then put pressure for the deposit of R50000 for the folding doors as prices would go up. When it was time to install he stopped taking my calls. After reporting him to his bank for fraud he answered my calls 2 weeks later and asked me to contact the bank an unfreeze his account. I advised that I would be willing to do so if he would meet with me and try and resolve the matter. He refused. He then said that I shouldn’t worry about his account as he would open another account and he would make arrangements to pay back the money in instalments that he could afford and I should go to the small claims court as he was not going to do any work. Muzi is plainly a con artist. He has no integrity and has no problem stealing from his customers. Please please do not use his services. You WILL BE SORRY!!!!

Feedback  Once I received the quote from Muzi, he called me non-stop. Several times a day, late at night. I told him that I would discuss the quote with the owner & get back to him. He was very persistent. Eventually my boss approved the quotation & we paid 70%. I sent the POP to Muzi & just like that he went silent. I followed up with him every day as to when the job would start & sometimes he would answer, sometimes not. When he did answer it was lies. ‘They will go tomorrow’ Tomorrow becomes next week & so forth. After threatening him he ‘finished’ the job. It looks terrible, like a child did it. I will not be paying him the 30% balance & I hope that he doesn’t do this to anyone else. This can cost me my job!

They leave the site in a mess and the final job is slobby and unneat as he just wanted it done and receive final payment. They show up without any tools and because he knew that my husband has the tools insist on using it otherwise the job gets delayed. I had to phone him numerous times to come and complete the job only having him shos up 2 orc4 dayx later than promised. He would also show up late afternoon to come and do jobs that would eventually take them a whole day....One of our stacker doors was 2 days after completion of the hinge, the workmanship on the door is pathetic and it is no wonder that it broke off. He refuses to take our calls to come fix the door.

Description  He took deposit Money and ran, I've been asking for installation for 2 weeks, was stood up thrice. The first time I asked for money back and he blatantly told me it will take a while instead offered to commence work today he never arrived and his phone is off. On Monday he sent part of his drunken driving warrant of arrest as an excuse, other excuses are his technical support who dissapeared on him at least twice. I find his behaviour fraudulent and dishonest. He doesn't take my calls anymore, but he takes what he thinks are new calls. The public should be warned about his business. I rated last 3 criteria as bad but we didn't even reach that stage , I needed to move onto next stage of this assessment.

Feedback  He never arrived to do the job, he lied to me 4 times, doesn't honour appointments, he lies and end up switching of his phone. He acts like he has clients, which now I don't believe he has.
