Feedback  There was some miscommunication at the beginning regarding the execution of the brief, which was quickly and neatly rectified. Very happy with the result.

Description  Tiling a bathroom

Feedback  A tiling job of one bathroom that was supposed to take 3 days maximum, took sizabantu 6 days due to lack of 1. experience with the 1.2m x 600 tiles, 2. manpower and 3. appropriate equipment. The workmanship and quality of work in some areas leaves much to be desired (shoddy cutting of tiles, covering big spaces with grout instead of putting a tile, misaligned tiles to the wall). This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and irate neighbours. I will never ever use Kandua/ Leroy Merlin service providers/contractors again and I will not recommend it to anyone even to my worst enemies!!!
