I am very happy with his services. He is reliable and punctual. He has his own transport and tools. He is very affordable compared to other subcontractors. He is very well spoken and very educated. He had great workmanship. He was helping me with these services in Parklands, Constantia, Pinelands and Table view.

Feedback  I got to know about Manito's services from and insurance company I work with. I have been using his services for about 6 to 7 years now. He has built houses for me, lay foundations, plaster work. I do a lot of student accommodation so my clients buy old buildings we renovate the buildings. So we keep the outer walls and demolish everything inside and building up to 8 rooms inside. Manito and his team do the brick work for me. He is reliable and always on time. He has his own tools and transports. He has 2 teams, the other one do brick work and the other is for plastering. He is very organized and he knows how to manage his teams. I tell him what needs to be done and he then delegates to his team. He always to make sure to keep the site clean, sometimes he would ask if they could finish 10 minutes early for them to clean and he has great workmanship.
