Feedback  We own some properties and Manny is our all-rounder when it comes to small maintenance work. He does everything from building, plumbing installations, and repairs. He does small electrical repairs like lights and plugs, then lastly, roofing. I have never had any problems with him, and he delivers. He is honest and genuine, very friendly, and when there are unforeseen mistakes when he sees them he quickly rectifies. I would recommend him to anyone.

Feedback  I have been using his services for quite some time now, and he has been the best worker. He has done all my construction work on all my properties. He has done electrical work, plumbing repairs, building work and, electrical installations. Manny does the applications for the electrical compliance certificate and a building compliance certificate. I like the fact that when he is working, he acknowledges mistakes and rectifies them without any complaints. Even when I am not around, he still receives calls from tenants, goes to them, and fixes any problems that they have. He communicates with me even after he is done then I will pay. He is friendly, never argues with tenants, and I have only good things to say about him. I would recommend his services to other people.
