Description  Mark did renovations for us, he changed the flat roof over our double garage and kitchen into a thatch roof.

Feedback  In the contracting world it is hard to find someone who is going to approach you and charge you the same amount as he quoted, but with Mark he was able to do so. I was happy with that and his services as well. I will definitely use him again. I also recommend him.

Cost  R200,000 including kitchen.

Description  Removing and building internal walls. Installing new French doors. Tiling entire house. Finishing ceilings to match. Arranged for a sub-contractor to install a new kitchen.

Feedback  We were happy to leave our keys with him to come and go as necessary. The work areas were cleaned every day and he was very accommodating as we were living in the house at the same time.
