Description  Tiling.

Feedback  He did tiling work for me and he was fantastic. He came on time and he did a great job. His work is neat and tidy. I never had any problems with him or with his work. His workmaship was good and he did exactly what I required him to. I have actually told him that if I move to another premise I will definitely call him to do some work for me. He is reliable and trustworthy because I left him alone at the house but I did not miss anything. I can definitely recommend him to anyone who may need his services.

Description  Laminate flooring and bathroom tiling

Feedback  He is a good person but gets defensive when I inspected and pointed out his flaws. Getting him to do the tiling was a mistake as he is good at just working on level surfaces but cannot do complexed tiling and his quality and tidiness is very poor. Apparently he was in charge of all CTM Northgate displays but I find that hard to believe. No offense and maybe its only me that had such a bad experience but I just want to say that he needs to be watched and supervised because he can screw up a perfect job in no time. I will never use his services again. In fact I probably should have used locals and not Zimbabweans. But that's how I learn from my mistakes.

Feedback  He didn't need any management at all. Once I told him what I wanted he did it the right way first time. He also had deep knowledge on the recommended way to fit the tiles without damaging existing ones.

He cleaned up after his work, his work was neat and tiy. I have no complaints at all regarding his work. The price that he charged me was very reasonable. I was happy with the service. I can recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
