He does the building on my projects and l don't have to be around and oversee, he carries out instructions very well and his work does not have hiccups because his communication skills are good. He is good at what he does and l don't have to monitor his progress to deliver on time. I have used him for close to four years because he is competitive in the market and he works efficiently.
