Feedback  Lack of communication and responsiveness generally to questions and concerns,not punctual at all,the team came in late,left late,and no cognizance was taken into account of my availability,they wouldn't pitch and I as the client would have to follow up,after waiting,the workmanship was good,and the team did a good job,but the customer service was completely lacking and I would not use these services again based on that.What is particularly disappointing is that there was poor communication during the tiling process,but as soon as the job was done,communication and reminders on releasing payment and so forthcoming and prompt.
