Feedback  His team is efficient and effective, unlike most contractors he is hands on and he works well with his team. A well coordinated team . We hired him as second option after the guy we had initially chose had said he was going to do the job in 30 days . The job was done as well as site cleaning in 14 days.

Description  He did concrete paving for our double, garage ,built a wall to separate granny flat from main house.

Feedback  he never completed the job after more than two months I had to let him go, tried getting people to finish the job, everyone that came to site was in disbelief by the poor workmanship, they advised that they will have to remove the plaster and redo.

Description  He removed carpets and installed laminated wooden floors

Feedback  He started the job on Sunday and finished on Monday. The team well coordated and he is a hands-on leader. The are quite tidy and clean after themselves. Would recommend him any time.

Pest Control

Cost  R750 plus R300 for follow up

Description  Did a first treatment but cockroaches still alive. Informed him and promised to fix by mid June when 2nd treatment would be done. I see he is a tiler!

Feedback  Failed to kill cockroach causing call out. Never did the follow up.

Description  Removed Carpets and installed ceremic tiles.

Feedback  He knows what he does , wonderful workmanship ,a good communicator . Had to change the size of tiles I had bought because he advised me that it would come right with a bigger size . And it did came out right. Would recommend to anyone .

Description  He removed old tiles and layed new ones

Feedback  He sold me dreams, messed up my house, left me with leaking plumbing, wasted my material coz he cant cut properly, he cuts tiles too big or too small for the amount of spsce. He makes the basic mistakes that you wouldn't expect from a professional like putting wrong color grout, not advising where material is concerned and how it would look. I had to intervene most times than not coz spacing is not the same and he'd promise to fix it but i can safely say in the fixing im left with spacings not grouted, tiles scratched all in the name of fixing because some space he would use spacers in some he doesn't and hed say he will open up with a grinder. He is suppose to be a professional things like using different color grout in the same space speak to his lack of attention to detail, not having an artistic eye to follow pattern in laying of tiles just because the house has many corners. All in all thousands of rands down my house needs to be redone. I walk in and be hurt everday. I paid in full and extra because thats what i believe in, his work doesn't speak positively for him and its worrying that all you will see its perfect pictures and you give him a job, my house in photos look stunning coz its not a true reflection of the bad cutting, different spacings, skewed patterns and uneven laying.

Description  He did Tiling and bathroom remodelling

Feedback  The guy and his team know what they do. Hardworking, time conscious and very tidy, they're so focused. The guy leads from the from the front. Unlike other contractors I have used before who just sit on the sitw and manage guys , he is the actual lead tiler. And works professionally ,if something runs out he tells and supplies and the job never stops. He gave me the most beautiful bathroom and as I wanted them.

Description  He removed old tiles in my 3 bedroom apartment in Vorna Valley Midrand.

Feedback  He leads his team from the front,plus unlike most contractors he is a hands on type of guy. He is humble and usually communicates his intention and it's expected out come.

Description  They built a 3 bedroom modern apartment for me in Denville Pretoria. I am currently staying in it right now . They did a wonderful job from foundation to wall plate level they took only 6 weeks.

Feedback  He has a complete set of artisans you will think its different companies they coordinate and a very economical in use of materials they dont waste. They cleaned the site daily you would think they are not coming back

Description  I have a club so he came and did pest control,killing of flies, cockroaches, e.t.c.

Feedback  Since he did the fumigation I have never had any complaints from the staff and even from my clients. He really did a wonderful job and I have already recommended him to some business people in the area. He is the best.

Cost  Reasonable

Description  I stay in a flat and for months we had hired a pest control after a pest controller for bed bugs, they would disappear for a few days and resurface later . We called him after recommendations from other guys inthe flat . He explained that he does follow up. Which was good he spayed and we are sorted he came later for follow ups and we are sorted .

Feedback  He explained that due to the congestion of unused clothes he the occurance was high. Plus he didn't need to be inspected

Description  Had a cockroache problem for some time and it had become serious. He came sprayed baited and they continued dying for almost a month. After which he came back for what he calls follow up service and left a few more foggers now we are sorted. Would recommend him to anyone.
