Feedback  Mzamo installed floor tiles at my house and he did a great job. He also did paving for me. His work was neat, he cleaned afterward and left the place clean. He started on time and finished within the agreed time. I can recommend his services.

Description  He quoted to repair a geyser as part of an insurance claim. He insisted he wanted to be paid while the job was still being completed. He was extremely pushy and made us feel as if we were not going to pay him. bear in mind that we were upfront with him that this was an insurance claim. In the end it was obvious that he is an incompetent plumber who made the entire geyser issue worse and now that he has been paid he has switched his phone off. Jefferson is obviously money focussed and not customer focussed. He is extremely misleading, pushy and unprofessional and worse of all he did not take care of the issue and took the money and ran!
