Description   Fixitall was contracted to fit windows and doors for my house in April / May 2019

Feedback  Everything seemed to be going well until the bifold doors were installed and left exposed on a building site with no proper plastic wrapping. I requested that the doors be rewrapped and someone came through on the weekend and failed to do them properly. The doors were also fitted before the surrounding concrete walls were finished off properly. The job was delayed due to may problems that the owner seemed to be having and when I asked that I was called to site to check installation, I was never contacted. Additionally, the keys were given to one of my builders instead of directly to me with all the spare keys. A burglary followed shortly after whereby my builders tools were stolen due to this security breach. Fixitall reimbursed me for 75% of the costs however I had to pay towards replacing my builders belongings. I was also argued with tediously surrounding this issue. Post the job, the charcoal powder coating started peeling off one of the main frames, it was obviously not dried properly. I spent over R60 000 for this job and do not feel I deserved such service.
