Feedback  I am very impressed with the knowledge and attention to detail that was paid to the job that needed to be done. Austin gladly redid a portion of the work that I wasn't 100 percent happy with. While he was a little late, he let me know before hand and arrived in the time he said he would. Excellent communication as well, from initial contact, to confirming the appointment and on the day itself, I was very impressed.

Description  Austin came to fix a garage door that wasn't closing properly. He replaced the springs and reprogrammed the motor and all the remotes. He was efficient, he was polite and most importantly, he was good at his job.

Description  I called Austin to give me a quotation for electric fencing. He arrived while I was not home so said he may go into my yard to do an assessment for quotation. I arrived home and Austin and two of his associates had cut down four of my trees without consulting me nor obtaining my permission. In doing this, they did damage to my garden and i have had to pay for removal of the trees and will have to buy new trees and sort out the landscaping in the backyard. Austin has refused to make reparations.

Feedback  Austin does not take responsibility for his actions. He damaged my property and does not want to make reparations. I am taking legal action against him.
