Feedback  Job was completed, final payment was made and he promised he would come back should there be any leaks. As soon as the first rain came (a few days after completion) the lapa was leaking (where the chimney meets the grass). We called, he promised he would come back to fix the leak but he did not. You cannot always guarantee he will come back to fix the snags, especially after final payment is made.

Upon completion of the job, he left the place tidy. His pricing was affordable but the only problem I had is that I realised that there were still leaks on the roof so he promised to come back when it is raining and when he gets the material so that he can fix it. I look forward to getting his services again.
