Description  I contacted him via Kandua, to provide me with a quotation to renovate a bathroom, and a few toilets and bedrooms. His quote was negotiated where we both agreed on a price to do the work. He guttered out the spaces that he was required to renovate. Started as agreed upon and took a little longer to complete as in the building industry we all know what one sees and when the work starts there is more to be done. He came in with a team of helpers and completed the work to my satisfaction. He did more than what was expected of him without any issues. He together with his team were punctual to start a day and complete the days work on time. He complied with any additional work I required him to do. He together with his team are honest and focus on their work. Noel as a person is a comfortable person to work with, has a calm temperament and is soft spoken. I recommend to any person that requires renovation to be done at their home, workplace and building. He has good knowledge on, plumbing, tiling, ceiling work and a whole host construction work.

Feedback  Noel due to his vast experience in the building industry did not need to be managed. He came in did his work and left as a professional builder.

Cost  Reasonable.

Description  He stripped old shower and installed shower mixer, head and arm and surrounding tiling. Further, he replaced 2 old toilets and installed new ones, and tiling around that.

Feedback  This team was very productive, and got into the job without any hesitation. They were exceptionally good and produced, importantly, quality workmanship.

Description  1. He stripped the show and installed new shower mixer, shower head and arm. This work need that existing mosaic be removed and new one layed on the wall and shower floor to match. 2. He further removed 2 old toilets and installed a new toilet pan, and coupled it to a new geberet cistern. Match mosaic was also laid around the toilet system.

Feedback  They were very good at executing according their engagement and customer requirements. They were able to tie up unexpected small extras to achieve excellent overall worm. I learnt a lot from their friendly engagement.

Description  He came to fix someone else's incorrect positioning. He fixed one and he made the other worse

Feedback  He fixed one error of a previous plumber and the 2nd error was to move a wall hung tap further back when he was done he actually created the tap skewed. He finished late at night when it was brought to his attention he said tomorrow. When tomorrow came he asked for his full quote. We said we will pay 50 percent as we were not satisfied. He threatened us to not return to work the next day to complete some tiling we asked him to do. We were under duress and paid him. He never came back to redo the job. Every time we called he gave a date but never pitched. He then refused to take any calls and when we tried from another number he answered with more excuses. He also fitted a waste trump below the basin which began leaking the day he left. We called for that as we had paid him in full for his labour but he never returned. We had to hire another plumber to fix what we already paid for. After waiting for a long weekend for Noel to come fix it he never came we were without a functioning toilet for a week until we realized his not trustworthy or keeps to his word. He also had the audacity to say maybe this is why our previous plumber got it wrong because we are to fussy and pressurising. How is it pressure when we paid you in full and are requesting you go come back and complete your incorrect job and you lie and give us dates after dates but never come ? This is what happens when you pick up people from the internet please be warned ⚠️

Renovator

Description  Noel and his team renovated the family bathroom and guest toilet/ washroom at my house, and they did an outstanding job, installing lights, light switches, plumbing and tiling. Their workmanship is excellent. The work site was always clean. They were always punctual, and his price was affordable compared to others l highly recommend him and his team.

Feedback   Towards the end of the project Noel has a tendency to rush to finish as a result there may be some mishaps that's picked up afterwards. But Noel is always prepared to rectify any mishaps.
