Description  He fixed our db board which kept tripping, out in an isolater for the geyser as well as installed and outside switch for the outside light. He also spent time testing each plug socket to figure out which was causing the issue.

Feedback  He spent the time to properly fix everything. He also went to the shop to get the parts needed and didn’t charge extra for that. Was super efficient and responded almost immediately and arrived as he said he would which was great!

Feedback  Excellent work, advised exactly on requirements (only one trip for all parts :)) and easily worked through complicated installations (had to drill through walls, etc.). Very happy with Nick and his teams' work - it was a pleasure to work with them.

Description  Fixed the db board as it was tripping on the geyser and some plug connections as well as then installing an isolater on my geyser

Feedback  After fixing the problem, another arose which was after installing the isolater in the geyser we now don’t have hot water. He also scratched off 2 labels on the db board and not relabelling or replacing it, saying they were incorrectly labelled which could not have been the case as it has been labelled as it was for all the time we have lived here and used it according to the labels. After 5 different times to arrange and meet for him to resolve what is now a problem caused after his fix, Nick has evaded and dodged living up to being a professional in service and this platform and excuse after excuse of him fixing what was never broken and n the first place after fixing the electrical issue. It’s small black owned businesses like Nick (Npowered) that give others a bad name leaving a scorned and unpleasant experience for a simple fix that has now resulted in other problems I need to pay additionally for at my expense. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, this after having given a great review and paid immediately for services.
