He took time to explain the process and educated me on the cockroaches and the ecosystem. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to his work and he puts his customers first. After he fumigated, for some reason there were a few cockroaches remaining, and when I explained that to him he was very concerned, and he came back to fumigate with a different chemical for free, as there is a guarantee on his service.
