Description  He diagnosed the problem in the car, then he promised to come back with new parts for the car, when I called him he said he was coming to install it in 2 days, after that he made excuses like dropping the call and said it was network issue, and the following day he said he was in the queue for vaccine, after that, he's not picking up my calls and not responding to what's upp, paid him R550 for nothing, not trustworthy at all.

Feedback  He replaced the alternator in my jeep grand cherokee. Removed a nut that was holding the alternator in place and had been stripped. Reset warnings that had appeared on the vehicle dash.
