Description  Percy redid my entire garden. My garden was an absolute mess but Percy and his team depite the inclement weather dug up the entire yard, removed All the rubble, planted a beautiful garden, reinstalled the sprinkle system and replaced the grass.

Feedback  Persey is a smooth salesman, his work however is not. Possibly the worst experience we have had with a service provider. He never finished any project that was paid for and always demanded more money. His workmanship was really bad – and we decided to redo everything he touched. He started all the projects but never completed any of them. This guy will take your money and not deliver any goods. Do not use him, unless you would like half a landscaped garden with 10% of what was agreed upon, and this is me being kind.

Description  He damaged my security bealms and outside lights while digging to install irrigation pipes. He left pipes all over my house. He didn't install the concrete balls that I paid for. He installed the grass very badly. Horrible workmanship

Feedback  Persey is a crook of note and a scammer I contracted him on the 14tg August 2020, today is the 17th November and he has done half of what I paid for. In the process he has damaged my pool pipes, my outdoor lights, my security beams and the place is a mess. He is very rude, I have had to chase after him and everyday theres a new lie. Covid has hit most people very hard and money is a luxury. I really had wanted to empower a reputable small business and little did I know that I would throwing my hard earned money down the drain. In hindsight I could have done without all the irrigation and work of I had known it would only bring unhappiness. He is a smooth talker but never delivers. It turns out a number of my neighbors experienced the same treatment and I would never use him of refer him to anyone at all not even my worst enemy.

Description  On commencement of the job Persey came to assess our garden, he advise on a way forward and that made things easier for us to work with him because we saw how advanced, dedicated and well presented his job even the suggestions that were put on the table. He started by clearing the garden, took off the old flowers, leveled the garden to perfection and gave the garden a well designed structure/look with his defined and well put cobbling. On completion he even offered that we can use his employees to maintain our garden till it gives us the look we want

He uses one particular nursery and qualifies for a wholesale discount which is good for your wallet. Instead of making a profit from this, he passes discount onto consumer. He had a team of professional individuals who got the job done. I would've like more supervision but he made up for it by checking in the morning and afternoon.

Feedback  Persey started off well. He was professional and gave us confidence he knows what he is doing and is passionate about gardening. However, when he took other projects while still working at my house he started not supervising his guys and I was responsible for managing his project. He would promise to come and not do so because he was busy with a new project elsewhere. The biggest issue now is he can’t issue an invoice for the total job less amounts paid already so far. While most of his job is good, his lack of project management and admin is frustrating and I will not use him again.

Description  Irrigation installation.Percy installed a irrigation system for my show jumping arena. He Advised, quoted, collected all the equipment and did the installation quickly and efficiently.

Feedback  After realizing that there was an issue with pressure, he made a change to the supply pipe (changed from a 25 to a 32ml pipe). He rectified the pressure problem and did not charge me for the extra hours worked.
