Description He first solved my laptop password problems and did some other repairs I needed done on the laptop.
Feedback He is reliable, at first when he took my laptop I was worried that like other appliance repairers it might come back with more problems than it had, but he delt with it and returned it on time like he promised. He constantly kept me upto date. After the job was done he checked up if I was fully satisfied with his work and I have to admit is nice to feel important, he is great!
