Description  He built my 7+ roomed house.

Feedback  The actual building was done in a week and I must admit I have never seen such a perfect job done in such a short space of time. The work quality was excellent, there were no comebacks which was quite impressive. His service rates were reasonable and Phillip is a professional builder, I have taken pride in recommending him to other people, I do not doubt his capabilities.

Description  He did several jobs, some of the jobs included fixing a leak on my roof, he extended another roof, I also subcontracted him to remove the roof on a huge building.

Feedback  What I like about Philip is that he is organised, he is a person who does proper planning, listens to instructions and when he starts doing the job he does it thoroughly, without constant supervision and promptly. I have never had any issues with Phillip, he does a perfect job and efficiently.

Description  He did tile roofing.

Feedback  The quality of work that Philip produced was superb. He is a professional, reliable and dedicated person. I called him back sometime later to do some amends and he did not complain, he was there as agreed. He has reasonable service rates and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone, I have recommended him to my neighbour.
