Feedback  Review for Baroka Pools I contacted Baroka Pools to install swimming pool heating panels based on a referral from an employee at The Pool Team, Northcliff. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The panels were installed but not placed on the specific roof I had requested—the one that receives the most sunlight. After the installation, there was no noticeable improvement in the pool’s water temperature. Hoping to resolve the issue, I requested three additional panels, which were installed. Still, there was no difference in water temperature. Frustrated, I hired another contractor to inspect the system. They discovered that warm and cold water were mixing, preventing any warm water from entering the pool. To make matters worse, one of the panels began leaking shortly after installation. I reported the issues to Baroka Pools and, after numerous calls, they finally came to inspect. They promised to return to fix the problems but never did and have since ignored all further calls and messages. The service was absolutely unacceptable—unprofessional, unresponsive, and ineffective. I would strongly advise against using Baroka Pools. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your pool heating needs.
