Description  The service was appalling. The packers was sloppy and lazy, resulting in me doing most of the loading into the truck myself. Communication was lost with the drivers and we were left in the dark if they would even show up. After being 5 hours late at 7pm, they arrived. The first thing the packers did was to go through was we thrown out to salvage stuff for themselves. The truck also broke down a couple of times, leaking oil on the driveways which I had to clean. Some of our furniture was also damaged in the process. The company showed little compassion for the situation they put us in and the entire process was a mess from start to finish. I would strong discourage anyone from using this service, as you pay for some convenience and a smooth service (which you pay for). I would never use them again.

They lost contact with the drivers and communication with us was absent and extremely inconvenient. Some of our furniture was also damaged in the process. In entirety the service was horrible and not much compassion for the situation was shown by the company. I would really discourage anyone from using the service, especially when expecting a smooth and convenient service.
